Referrals

Somebody you know is looking right now. They just haven't told you yet.

$100when they buy

Send me somebody who's shopping for a vehicle. If they buy from me, I'll send you $100 as a thank-you for helping me grow. Takes about forty seconds.

Who comes to mind

Sound like anybody?

Most people can't think of a name on the spot. Tap whichever one made you go “oh — actually.”

01

The one whose transmission is making a noise they've started ignoring.

02

The one who keeps sending you Marketplace screenshots at eleven at night.

03

The one with a third kid coming and a two-row car.

04

The one who's been saying he needs a truck since deer season.

05

The one whose lease is up and hasn't started looking.

06

The one who wants to sell theirs, not buy one. I do that side too.

Got a name? Send them my way.

Who's sending — that's you

I need your name to know who to thank.
So I know where the $100 goes.
I need a number to send the $100 to.

Who you're sending me

Give me a name, even just a first name.
Only if they know you're passing it along. Optional — only if you want the intro text ready to send.
I need their number to reach out.

A little context

Send the referral

Opens your messaging app with everything filled in. You still hit send. This page has no server — nothing you type here is stored or sent anywhere else.

First one tells me to expect them, so the $100 is on record. The second copies a short intro you can paste to them yourself — their number never leaves your phone.

Got it.

I'll take it from here. You'll hear from me either way — including if it doesn't work out.

The thank-you

How the $100 works.

Three steps, no catch, no app to download.

01

You send it before they buy

That's the only rule that really matters. I can't backfill a referral after the fact — once somebody's already in the process there's no honest way to credit it to you.

02

They buy a vehicle from me

From me specifically. If they wander into Landers McLarty and end up with another salesperson, I can't claim it, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

03

You get $100 after delivery

Once they take delivery, I send it. I'll text you when it's on the way, and I'll tell you either way — including if it didn't work out.

One thank-you per referred buyer. If a referral was already in my customer list or already working with me, it doesn't qualify. This is a personal thank-you from me, not a program of Landers McLarty Chevrolet, and it isn't available where my employer's policy or state law says otherwise. If I pay you $600 or more across a year, the IRS requires me to issue a 1099 — I'll let you know well before that happens.
